The warm welcome on arrival from Sylvia. The clean fresh smell which didnt come from air fresheners but from good cleaning. The pleasing decor. The bedroom was warm and comfortable and the en-suite spacious and spotlessly clean and fresh. The breakfast was good and plentiful with a varied choice. The price excellent value. A lovely stay.

The hotel was spotlessly clean with excellent services. The location was magnificent, next to Gynn Square. It took us 15 minutes to drive to this perfect and bright accommodation from the airport. Everything was very good, sensational breakfast.

We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with tea and coffee, free wifi, and eight pieces of something, all the services provided were excellent.

Was a really nice b&b it was really clean and the owners were freindly and helpfull. room was a good size with, relaxing and modern decor. Barging rates Will stay again if visit blackpool.

Great spot! the breakfast here is delicious, and the rooms are practical. Awesome location by the beachfront where you can easily reach all the attractions. the bar on-site is nice, and the bartender serves up cool drinks on a hot day. 🍹

The location was peaceful and convenient, just a short walk from the center. the room we stayed in was great value and had a perfect view. the bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated the amenities like coffee, TV, and a kettle.

Had a nice welcome. Room was clean and welcoming. It was nice and quiet. You were able to control the temperature in the room.In the room we were given a small bottle of wine and lots of consumables for making your own drinks. Breakfast was tasty - full English with choice of juice, cereals etc. First time we had been offered more toast at the end of our breakfast.

Main problem is the lack of parking. There are a number of hotels on this road and parking is only allowed on one side of the road. There is a pay car park in Gynn Square, we found a free space on a nearby road.
